APEX offers product filling machinery by count, weight, or volume. These systems are highly engineered and rugged, offering reliable and precise counting accuracy, while at the same time providing maximum operational flexibility.

The Batchmaster III, optical scanning technology, takes the patented dual view optics to a whole new level of counting performance as it scans at 2,000 times per second and creates a high-resolution 3-D image of each part. A volume analysis is conducted on the image and a value assigned. Only parts within the assigned volume range are counted, while out of tolerance parts are rejected prior to entering the package for extreme accuracy. Multiple chamber accumulation results in continuous run high speeds.

Applications: Medical and dental devices, food, toys, fasteners, jewelry crafts and beads, aerospace hardware, pet supplies, sporting goods, plumbing, electronics, candy, tablets, rings, etc.

The FAW Series Automatic Weigher is a single head bowl fed scale capable of accurately delivering finished batches at rates that meet or exceed bulky dual head in-line scales in a much smaller, portable footprint. High output speeds result from patented dual chamber accumulation, while outstanding accuracy is due to our unique out of tolerance batch reject system. Patented dual chamber accumulation, continuous run operation, dual output bulk-fine feeder bowl, to-the-piece batch top off, out of tolerance, batch reject feature, weight-to-piece converter, storable set-up parameters, no changeover tooling, self-diagnostics, microprocessor controls.

Applications: Ideal for higher count batches of hard goods to include fasteners, hardware, sporting goods, pet supplies and medical or dental devices.
